With a background in the trade, Harry Charalambous has over 25 years experience in the construction industry which gives clients and investors the link between their dreams and reality. He has responsibility for overseeing property development operations, providing overall guidance and strategic development of the Group.

He possesses a strong technical knowledge and vast experience of projects of all sizes and complexities. He currently consults to many individual clients tailoring his services to a local market, and oversees the management of development projects ranging from subdivision of a single lot to multi storey commercial development. Harry is currently managing many joint venture developments between Plan Assist and their successful clients, and continues to display his exceptional skill in creating a favourable outcome for all involved.
Harry has personally been involved in over 100 million dollars worth of property transactions over the last 20 years.
Harry's ability to bring together the projects vision and our clients expectation in a way that creates a win/win for all involved has our past clients and joint venture partners wanting to stay involved in future deals. With more than 30 successful applications to council and having personally project managed the completion of most of those sites, it is safe to say a project will be completed with the attention to detail that it deserves.

Anton Hamer has worked in the finance industry for 15 years, having worked in corporate banking for two major Australian banks prior to establishing his own mortgage broking business, and founding Plan Assist.
Anton has helped many personal and business clients obtain finance, from $50,000 for a home renovation to a $22million business merger, and has financially managed many property developments as well as own extensive property investments.
He now focuses on the financial management of property projects, as well as sourcing finance for a number of external property investors and developers with projects of any size or situation.
Anton Hamer is also an experienced investor and developer, investing in all types of property including renovation projects, subdivision of land and multi-unit developments, and he understands the successful ways of sourcing finance for these projects.
